Cancellation on Website by Customer
By calling our customer service, a customer can cancel an order at any time before it is shipped. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched from our end. If we suspect a fraudulent transaction by a customer or a transaction that violates the terms and conditions of using the website, we reserve the right to cancel such orders with or without notifying the customer. We will keep a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and will deny them access or cancel any orders they place.
On the off chance that you drop the request before being sent from our distribution center, Rs.150 will be deducted as a retraction expense and the remaining sum will be discounted to you in your separate source.
As we are dealing with Ayurvedic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We will only accept exchanges if the product we delivered is defective with proof (Proper Proof Required). Please contact customer service at Info@deemark.comorcall us at +919211711155 within 72 hours of the product being delivered for damaged product redressals. Each of these orders will be handled individually and on a case-by-case basis. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer and provide your receipt number for prompt product replacement.
If the order has been canceled, the refund will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 working days. Please note that certain banks take longer than this period for the amount to reﬂect in your account. If you are sending back a damaged product, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 7-10 working days.
Late or missing refunds

If an item is deemed damaged by our customer service team (after redressal), Deemark will pay for the shipping of the product.
